Islamic leaders Urge Muslims to fight Climate Change, After All It's Not Terrorism

- Sixty Islamic leaders from 20 countries signed a declaration
urging Muslims and world leaders to take swift measures to fight
climate change. They said addressing the issue is a moral imperative and
cited the example of Muhammad, who they said “took delight in the
created world.” They also called for greater interfaith cooperation,
pointing to the pope’s encyclical on the environment.
