Ethiopian PM WANTS a critical press. Obama HATES a critical Press.

When Obama was in Ethiopia, the Ethiopian PM said that: "We need a civilized journalism as a culture and as a profession." Says it's "important to be criticized." He said that "We need journalists. And more of them. We need success stories to be told (sic!). We need ethical journalism."

I didn't see the speech. In fact I discovered the quotes on twitter from an Associated Press writer, Juergen Baetz.  On the quotes, however. Obama must have rolled his eyes. Obama HATES the media that criticizes him. That's why he detests Fox News so much. And, good luck to the PM in finding a "civilized journalism." America could use some more of that itself.
