The Thrill is Gone: 'King of the Blues' blues legend B.B. King dead at age 89

Associated Press has reported that Blues legend B.B. King has died in Las Vegas at age 89, his lawyer says. Attorney Brent Bryson tells The Associated Press that King died peacefully in his sleep at 9:40 p.m. PDT Thursday at his home in Las Vegas.

I have blogged for many years on various blogs. But mostly as what I might describe as a right-wing nutjob. That changed when I took a look at reality. Reality and the GOP dont mix well right now. I have left old posts from older days, though they do not reflect where I am now. But you can see the contrast. I read some of them now and I sometimes think "what was I thinking?" But, truth be told, being a right wing nutjob does not require a lot of thinking skills. A lot of parroting and pushing ideas you dont even have to understand. And then getting belligerent when pressed to explain. That's the Rightwing. I know. I was there. -ZR
